Short-cycling screw chiller, traced to the pumps
Controls rebuilt and differential pressure control added. Faults stopped, with roughly 20% projected energy savings.
Air trapped in the chilled water loop
A corrected fill and venting procedure got the client under 4% so they could make it through handover. A permanent air separator was also needed
